None of us reach our adulthood without encountering failure thousands of times and still many points of failure await us in the future. We can’t avoid failure, but we can make choices in how we respond to it. In this class, we will explore why failure makes our goals seem bigger, misleads us, distracts us, and tends to run in families. We will explore techniques in getting support, focusing on what you can control, how to own fear, and distract yourself from performance pressure.
